I do when it is turned on through either my config or in game settings. I don't when it is forced on through the nvidia control panel

My current tf2 and nvidia control panel settings are set to having vsync turned off in my autoexec but forced on in the nvidia control panel. My FPS has been stable at 60 since I can remeber however after coming off tf2 for a few hours then going back on it, vsync is not being forced on.
I've not touched/changed anything in my config/nvidia control panel since this problem has started.

Are there any fixes to this or will it sort itself out?

Edit: Updating drivers didn't help.
