If you still can, give the laptop back and get your money back then get an i5 dual core or so they are strong enough and stay cooler i7 quad core in laptops is just show really they become very fast very hot and then the cpu slows down I'm not joking, this would be the perfect solution for your problem.

I don´t know why this happenends but I also have fps drops... with any cfg. I tried vanilla... 30 fps i tried dx9frames... 30 fps i tried maxframes... 30-40 fps... i feel like something is wrong with my computer cause every single cfg gives me the same amount of fps.
