im using xsplit now over 6-7 months and i can capture some games while playing in full screen mode, you just have to experiment, and capturing tf2 games without lag is also possible, easiest way is to capture while watching stv or demos, but if you want to capture your own gameplay you have to do some tweakings

I think u didn't understand me, xsplit cant capture video when you are using full screen ingame. Do you lagg when you stream?
ofc you are, stream will be using good chunk of your cpu and bandwidth.
How do you prevent this?
