I think that was pretty obvious as this announcement is pretty much an exact copy of the one posted on VanillaTF2 for the 5v5 cup.
Not so exact because my cup is limited to 32 teams max. Both cups have a different target categories of players. 5vs5 without unlocks restrictions is a public random. It's not a pro competition.
