After N votes, player X is below threshold.
Admins review, and may ban if it is appropriate.
Player appeals after N days, is let in temporarily.
Players on team with player X are asked if it was enjoyable to play with him.

No. Pixel tried to do it and it failed horribly. How do you programmatically ascertain what is someone's main class? How do you programmatically ascertain what someone is playing at which level? It has to be done manually, and it's too much of a job, as it can't be done programatically.]]></description>

I sadly I don't know how it works. But if it works as I think it does , captains can choose the players they know, not giving a fuck about the balance of the pickup.
